Selvanova is a group of gated clusters (cotos) on the west side of the city, about 4 km from the beach. Each cluster has its own entrance; a neighbourhood supermarket is about 500 m away and city buses run to Plaza Las Américas and Centro. It suits you if you want a gated condo at a moderate price and have a way to get around.
