Reuse license

You can reuse the listings published on Deveras for free, including in a commercial product. In return we ask for two things: a visible mention and a working link to each listing.

Version 1.0 · October 2026 · It covers everything you get through the API, the MCP server and the widget.

What you can do

  • Show the listings on your site, in your app, in your newsletter or in your assistant.
  • Use them in a paid or ad-funded product, without asking us.
  • Combine them with your own data, filter them, sort them and translate them.
  • Cache them, as long as you refresh them at least once a day.

What we ask

  • A visible mention

    Show “Listings from Deveras”, with a link, wherever you display the data: next to the list or next to each listing. Hiding it on a legal page does not count.

  • A link to each listing

    Every listing you show must lead to its page on Deveras (the url field), with a normal link people can follow, without intermediate steps.

  • Fresh data

    If a listing no longer appears in the API, remove it on your side within 24 hours. The advertiser may have rented it or taken it down.

What you cannot do

  • Remove verification context

    If you say a listing or a person is verified, say what was verified. Do not present as verified something that is not, and do not invent badges of your own with our name.

  • Publish contact details

    The API does not give them, on purpose. Do not look them up elsewhere to attach them to our listings: contact happens on the listing page.

  • Present demo data as real

    Data flagged demo is not a real listing. If you show it, make it clear that it is a demonstration.

  • Look for what is hidden

    Do not try to work out exact addresses from approximate positions, or to identify people beyond their public profile.

  • Pass yourself off as us

    You may say your data comes from Deveras. You may not suggest that Deveras endorses or runs your product.

Abuse

We may revoke a key or block access when it is used to get around these rules, dodge the limits, harass advertisers or put an unreasonable load on the service. If it is a misunderstanding, write to us: we would rather sort it out by talking.

Who the listings belong to

Texts and photos belong to the people who publish them, and they can take their listing down whenever they want. The data is provided as is, with no guarantee that it is complete or still available.

Changes

If we change these rules, we will update this page and its version number.
