Extension privacy
Updated on October 14, 2026
The Deveras: import listings extension for Chrome and Edge brings the listing you are viewing into Deveras as a draft. This is everything it does with your data.
01What it reads
Only the page in the active tab, and only when you click the extension icon. It never reads other tabs, your history or pages in the background.
- The listing content: title, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, neighborhood, description, amenities, page address and photo addresses.
- Any text you have selected on the page.
- On a portal profile page, the links to your listings, so you can pick which ones to import.
Before sending anything, it shows you what it found so you can review and fix it.
02What it sends
Only to Deveras, and only when you confirm you are the advertiser (or have their permission) and click Create draft:
- the listing details you reviewed, saved as a draft in your account; nothing is published unless you do it;
- the photo addresses, which Deveras downloads from the portal to add them to the draft;
- your personal connection code, which identifies your account.
Phone numbers and email addresses found in the text are removed before the draft is saved. What stays in your account follows the privacy notice.
03What it stores
In the extension’s storage, inside your browser: your personal code, your account name and, while it runs, the progress of the photo copy. Nothing else. Uninstalling the extension deletes it.
04What it never does
- No trackers, analytics or ads.
- It does not sell your data or share it with third parties.
- It reads no page without your click and sends nothing to any site other than Deveras.
- It uses your data for nothing but importing your listings.
05How to revoke access
Your code is valid for 90 days and can only import. Revoke it anytime in Import extension, in your dashboard: it stops working immediately. You can also disconnect the extension from its window or uninstall it.
